Section 3 – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Viorae experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original packaging
Unused, unopened, and in sellable condition

To request a return, please email us at care@sheenskin.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for used products due to hygiene reasons.

Section 4 – Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia and selected international regions. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Sheenskin is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
Customs fees or duties for international orders

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.

Section 5 – Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
