Refund policy
At sheenskin, we want you to love every part of your experience with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products, IPL devices, or face masks unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
