In all of our practises, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are second nature.
We ensure that right through our hiring process, collaborations and working environments, etc. that we celebrate all races, genders & sexualities.
In this day and age, we shouldn't have to touch on this at all... it should be second nature to everybody & every organisation by now. Unfortunately, a lot of people & businesses are still neglecting positive change. So until then, we will take pride in being industry leaders in this aspect, and lead the way for others to follow.
Our manufacturing process
We take great strides in ensuring that our manufacturing facilities meet our minimum standards of employee conditions & wage conditions.
We ensure that all employees are treated like family, have ample access to all necessities, are working in safe & regulated conditions, and are paid more than fairly.
